RELEASE NOTES/Loyalty Advocacy/Loyalty Advocacy v1


The Loyalty Advocacy service allows you to submit a rating for a particular product and submit a review comment for a particular product in a storefront. In the storefront, you can also view average user rating, list of all ratings and review comments, and total number of users who rated the product.

Scopes prevent unauthorized access to loyalty micro services. The accepted scopes for Loyalty Advocacy service are:

  • sap.loyadvocacy_manage - Create and update authorization for Loyalty Customer Advocacy service
  • sap.loyadvocacy_delete - Delete authorization for Loyalty Customer Advocacy service
